Thank you all. It’s a crazy feeling to know that everything you ever had is gone. I’m sure like most of you the garage is the place you spend most your time. The place where you get to know people better and always have plenty to talk about. It took me 36 years to fill that space and only 30 minutes to lose it all. Setbacks like this make you realize what’s really important. I few thing I have learned. Get good insurance. One that will cover all your bikes. Not just one. Get full coverage on things you love. I just finished restoring a 86 CJ7. It was not covered. Hardwire your smoke alarms. So when they go off in the garage you can hear them in the house.
